These are some bad shots because it's nighttime, there's no light, and my camera kept getting blurry using it one handed.
Anywho, some WIP shots of my tunic for the Marth Cosplay I'm working on. I just finished the embroidery, which I've never done in my life, and it's not ironed so pardon the wrinkles. The trim should be on it tomorrow. I included a shot showing the trim I got for it. ---- I still need to make the gloves, (My belt buckles have yet to come in the mail), the cape, the jewelry (given that I can make the stuff since I'm going to try some resin), the tiar-*AHEM* headband, and finishing of the boots. The base of the boots are all spraypainted. The covers need to be hemmed and I need the strap to cover it. Still a long way to go... and Otakon is coming soon =X ---- I'll probably scrap this once I iron it and take better shots. D= |

P-P-Pick up a Pikmin!
Making the costume itself isn't too bad, it's just all the accessories and stuff. The only sewing involved is making a shirt, pants, gloves and bootcovers (which you can't find a pattern for ANYWHERE, I had to use newspapers and plastic bags to make one myself D

I was planning on cosplaying Marth for a con coming up, and no one sells any Marth outfits - so, do you think you could give me any pointers as to how to make his outfit?
